Short Term Rehabilitation
When you need short-term or rehabilitative care due to surgery recovery, fractures, stroke, or any other medical condition — your top concern is healing. By providing Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy our goal is to help you achieve as much functional independence as possible. Upon entering our care we’ll develop a rehab plan and create therapy goals, together with you, for the duration of your stay. Each resident receives tailor-made treatment and care to progress toward their goals. We’ll keep reassessing your progress to ensure you’re progressing efficiently and hitting your desired milestones.
Long Term Care
When staying with us, you join our family. We offer tasty meals, daily activities and much more. In addition to our amenities, our attentive staff does everything they can to ensure you are as comfortable as possible. Upon admission we’ll have an initial assessment with you and your loved ones to discuss your needs, a dietary plan, and treatment options. This assessment ensures that all your physical and emotional needs will be met and looked after.
